![]() Pamela FoxPamela Fox, a native of Massachusetts, is a graduate of Famoud Artists Schools, Tufts University, and an alumna of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. Ms. Fox is a versatile painter in that she works in watercolor and oil, using bright pure colors to capture to light and the mood of her subject. She finds her inspiration in mainly in nature found all over New England, from the scenic coastline to the quaint villages and rural landscapes. “I design my paintings to achieve a visual impact and heighten the beauty of nature in its various moods.”For 35 years, she taught art classes in private and public schools, for 28 years she has conducted workshops and demonstrations instructing adults and children in her studio. She is a member of The Guild of Boston Artists, the New England Watercolor Society, the Rockport Art Association, the North Shore Arts Association, and the American Artists Professional League, and in 1982, her watercolors were featured in American Artist Magazine. Her landscape paintings have received many awards and hang in corporate and private collections in the USA, Canada and Europe. A copy of her watercolor painting of a miraculous rescue at sea of Gloucester fishermen hangs in a special room at the Vatican.
